Erica is a graduate from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with English. Erica has worked extensively as a research assistant with various researchers in the criminal justice system in Ghana. Her interests are in the areas of Psychological wellbeing of prisoners, Juvenile crime, sentencing, rehabilitation and reintegration.
