Justice is a University Lecturer in Criminology at the Institute of Criminology, University of Cambridge. He holds a PhD in Criminology from the same University. Justice was a British Academy Research Fellow at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. He has extensive experience of teaching and training mid-career criminal justice professionals from the United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and India. His expertise is in the fields of policing, legitimacy and police practices, trust and confidence in criminal justice, corruption, sentencing decision-making, criminal justice reforms, restorative justice, program evaluation, and evidence-based crime prevention.
